行动总如处于监视中。
一个人如果知道有人看着他，或即将看见他，定会环视四周。
他知道隔墙有耳，也知道恶有恶报。
即便独自一人，他也像全世界的人都在看着他一样，小心行事。
他明白，所有的事情迟早会被人知道，所以行动时他假定有目击证人在场——这些人以后必会听证此事。
希望全世界的人都一直监视自己的人，自然不介意邻居从墙头看到他。
